As quality, the environment and safety are complementary objectives to the goals of any organisation, the possibility of achieving these objectives increases if they are incorporated in the same, integrated management system. For this reason, Fenice dedicates great attention to applying its own Integrated Management System (Quality - Environment - Safety), convinced that a unitary vision of the company system valorises the entire organisation through

• improved visibility of joint objectives
• involvement of human resources
• optimisation of all resources
• improved integration of competencies

Fenice has therefore defined a company Integrated System aligned with these values, deciding to pursue these objectives through application of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000,  UNI EN ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:1999 standards able to guarantee, in their entirety, awarding and maintenance of certifications. Application of the integrated System promotes:

• efficient, effective organisation able to ensure continuous improvement of products, processes and services
• compliance with customers’ expectation with the constant commitment of all company resources
• compliance with the objectives of the entire company structure in relation to shareholders and its employees, both in terms of earnings and overall growth of the value of the company
• protection of the environment, i.e. safeguarding of the ecosystem through mitigation of the impacts of the company’s business activities
