• To company employees in order to permit processing and filing according to the current security standards adopted at Fenice S.p.A.
• To co-workers or consultants or free professionals who work on behalf of Fenice S.p.A.

• To Fenice S.p.A. subsidiaries
• To carriers, couriers or other companies appointed by the company to deliver correspondence or goods
• To the authorities or all legal formalities
7. All those affected by processing are vested with the rights set forth in article 7 of Decree Law 196/03, in particular:
• The right to obtain information regarding the existence or not of personal data
• The right  to obtain indications regarding the origin of the personal data held, the purposes for which the data are held, the method of processing, of cataloguing using information technology tools, the personal details of the controller and of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated.
• The right to obtain the update, correction, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of all the data.
• The right to opposite processing of the data for legitimate reasons
• The right to oppose processing carried out for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct mailing or for commercial communication.
