TRAINING PERIODS AT THE COMPANY
Fenice's HR policy envisages selected access of young people who choose the training period formula to acquire their first significant experience in a fast-developing and above all multi-disciplinary sector.
Through the University institutes and Higher Training Centres with which it is in contact, Fenice offers young graduates or university students the possibility of approaching the world of work with a stimulating training experience carried out in a spirit of personal and professional enhancement.
