Safety audits
Systematic investigation to determine whether activities and related results comply with the measures planned and whether they are implemented effectively and are able to satisfy the organisation's policy requirements and objectives (BSI - OHSAS 18001).
Services charter
Declaration of commitment to complying with the customer’s requirements based on respect of the main quality factors both as regards the characteristics of supply and performance inherent in the customer-suppler relationship.
Specific consumption
Is defined as the ratio between the amount of primary energy entering a plant and the energy leaving the plant. In a thermo-electric power station, it is the ratio between the heat used in the combustion process and the electric energy produced in a specific internal of time.
